Thank so much, cosmicrose!!!! I'm glad you like Scarlett so much!!! To make Scarlett's skirt, I used the pencil skirt and added onto the bottom using the circle "X" logo (located next to the transparent "X") after I colored it black. I then used the transparent circle and line draggies to add the highlights to the skirt.
The hat is seriously perfect & I LOVE how it's part of her trademark look!! The decor on her bodice is lovely too, as is her choker!! She looks awesome!! & I love that you gave her her pistol!! So cool~!! I seriously love seeing how you make Scarlett on the different makers!! So cool~!! :D <3333

I just love her style too!! She's absolutely gorgeous in this dress!! & the color - marvelous!! I just love that fishnet patterned long-sleeve top!! & the bottom of the dress!! Her outfit is so reminiscent of Victorian fashion and style. The Hat is just perfect as a finishing tough to her outfit. The gun gives her an air of strength and confidence. :)
