That's really cool, and makes perfect sense. I can't wait to see how her design progresses (is that the right term in this case? gets more accurate?) as the game updates!

...sent Rose into exile. A complicated series of events leads to Rose accidentally consuming a magical poison, and she didn't realize she was pregnant at the time. She wasn't supposed to be poisoned. Adamantine is born seemingly healthy but over time learns she has a "cursed touch." She can slightly alter or shift reality or people's perception of reality (i.e. illusions) and Apple fears Ada will use this ability to take over her destiny.

Thanks! It always seemed to me that Apple was so afraid of someone messing up her destiny, so in the sort of AU my sister and I created Snow was equally paranoid of Rose taking the throne--after all, Rose, being Snow's twin, has equal rights to the throne but never showed interest in being queen. In the fairy tale, Rose was the less favored sister too (Snow marries the main prince guy, and Rose marries the prince's brother). Snow, fearing for herself and her child's fairytale destiny...
