Title: aka a word I love but thought I'd never use in real life. Making a doll in less than a half hour never works well for me. I might remake this sometime. Anyway, this was my general impression of what happened not long ago during the solar eclipse. Totality is something I have read about but never experienced up until today, and it is truly the most amazing sight. Everything grows strangely dark and an unnatural, ethereal aura hangs in the air. I loved seeing the corona and the coronal loops during totality--I made the sun and moon a bit larger for effect but other than that this is what I saw. ~Gwenn

This does a beautiful job of capturing what the eclipse was like. I got the chance to see it as well, and it felt very surreal and mystical. Fantastic job!

There was a threat of rain during the eclipse but I'm glad it cleared off; I've had a few astronomical events ruined by clouds. But thank you! :)

You are so lucky! It wasn't possible to see the solar eclipse from where I live and I couldn't see the lunar one there was some time ago because it was really cloudy. I'm sure it was amazing! And the doll you made is awesome, I love how you did the sky and the eclipse itself!

I have never seen a solar eclipse, only lunar ones. I imagine it would be terrifying and awe-inspiring at the same time, just as what has been captured by this doll!
