Thank you so much all! @leniw_c, I tried to make the background as Rococo as possible and thank you for the blurred effect ,too (although it isn't my idea, I've seen it may times on Doll Divine), my aim was the picture to be focused on the doll. And you had to see the background without the blurred option, it's an absolute mess! XD But I didn't put that much effort in it because I knew I will blurr it later. Well, that and I was too tired of the dress to pay much attention to the background. :D

This is superb! May I say best cosplay ever? Perfect folds and rococo background! I also like the somehow blurred background makes the picture focused on the doll.

This whole doll is indescribably intricate and beautiful, but what strikes me the most is the background - it looks like a real screenshot from a movie!

Cont. and then I move to the upper more highlighted parts. It's also good if you try to make your shades and highlights in one straight continuous line. And blending is good if you wnat to create a more natural look, too. I don't know if that's helpful or rather confusing, but I hope I could help with my tipps and if you have any questions, feel free to ask me. :)

And Mytha,thank you so much for the detailed comment! And about the folds, I guess it's just practice. I wasn't that good with shading in Senshi in the begining, so I guess practice makes perfect. You can find some reference photots online for the folds. Another thing I like to do is first to sketch the folds on a paper to see how they look and then it's easier to re-create them with D&D. Recently, I use the line draggies for the outlines. I always shade the deeper parts of the folds first. Cont

And Saphi, the window effect wasn't intentional, I just messed up with the layering, so there was no way to place the blue behind the window frame. XD

Thank you so much all!!! Nameless, although the dress wasn't exactly what I was expecting, I liked it, especially the swirl pattern and I loved her celebration dress(which I should do sometime). 2Blue,Diardan Rose, Kitty, Saralyn, Lolita and SaphiX I'm really happy you like the background. It was really tricky to re-create the look and the atmosphere of he ballroom, so I'm glad it turned out good.

A-ma-zinG! Where to start? First of all, those folds! They flow so perfectly and are expertly made, you captured the movement PERFECTLY! and the shading...the shading is absolutely breathtaking! Just by looking at the doll you can tell that you have a great eye for detail, all the intricate patterns on the wall, that chandelier, and of course the beautiful bead trim! It's hard to tell you had little inspiration, this doll is stunning, I think it's one of my favourites of your dolls! (cont.)
