I haven't made her for a long time. Then I saw @xRockingMelodyx's awesome poofy dress tutorial and I thought it was perfect for Cat Queen. It's really helpful. I love this dress! Teal and gold make for a wonderful combination, I love the pattern and sparkly parts as well as the dangly things on the top layer of the skirt. The bodice is lovely, too, and I adore thos poofy sleeves! Also, I think you did really great with her eyes.
