The development of a power source has been advanced to a point where it can power machinery and and other major things that need power (e.g. lighting) but not small devices/everyday objects. The advancement of technology is not seen as a competition but rather something that should be implemented in as many areas of the world as possible once discovered (a more collaborative approach).
