Deva's piercings and outfit look wonderful here! Fitting for a skilled dressmaker, I suppose. And she does still play a dangerous game, even if only a messenger. I hope it works out for her in the end...what ever the end she is hoping for may be.

She resolves that the next time she sees Lady Deyandra, she will inquire about her solicitous son Nimuel, and thereby set in motion a message to Velen. It is time for a council of "war" and all assets should be made public to all the participants so that better strategy can be achieved. This will take at least a few nights, though, maybe several weeks before schedules coincide. Deva wonders what Cat will be up to in the interim, for patience and delay are not among Catleya's major strengths.

Deva is as delighted as she is exasperated. She cannot devote much if any time, most nights, to her espionage duties. Instead of gossip, she is hearing the unintelligible gabble of too many women's voices in too small a space at once. Perhaps her parents will help stake her to a shop of her own sooner than planned, Deva hopes. Until then, she must place her trust in Catleya. The young Kuromi dress designer would feel more confident if plans could be discussed, though, here in Noxvaelia.
