Today marks an entire year of Issne and Effne existing as my OCs <3 So here they are in redesigns of their original outfits. Issne's is a lot simpler as he IS blind and all that jewellery was kind of impractical. Effne just gets a better belt. So thank you @AvalonTheQuin for creating the world of #TheNightWatchers and allowing us to make OCs for it :D
