Decided that Fae can be albino now b/c I can and nobody can stop me. It typically only happens with water fae, night fae and life fae but sunsets and decay have been know though it is exceptionally rare!
It can affect the children the fae may have if they choose to have kids. Usually it's just the hair that carries over and the eyes. The child will have no special powers or anything, it's just colouration! Thanks for all the questions, I'll try to get the more in depth info up soon :)
Thanks! Mainly albino fae have white hair, silver eyes and pale skin. Though it is rare, there can be albino fae with darker skin. Albinism does affect their place actually! They'll be treated like a much higher rank than they are since they are considered closer to the Goddess (since the Children of Light are all white themed and they're "chosen" by the goddess). It is completely random as to when it happens, which makes it much more rare and yes, they will be stuck with it too.
Neat! Is it just there hair that marks a fae as albino or are there a multitude of traits that can occur together or separately? Does albinism affect their place in fae society? Is it a random occurrence or are there a set of circumstances that cause it? Is it something a fae is stuck with through all their incarnations or no? Does it affect the offspring of the fae that choose to have children? Sorry for all the questions but if I don't ask them now I /never/ will. ^.^;
