I'd say it's fine but really it'd be up to tora since she started it :D I think as long as you credit it'll be fine. I think as a whole we should also try to limit how many we do because then everyone will want to start doing it and it'll lose it's originality and fun :)

Of course you may reupload :) I don't have any real restrictions on Ieeren names, I tend to not make many of them XD If you'd ever like more information on them, they have a fact file in my stories along with all the other races of Edge too!
