Because, I ship it. I ship it hard. I ship it so hard I am making it canon and nobody in this entire world can stop me. I feel powerful as heck rn. Story below V #ApocryphasEdge
Lovely story. :) These two characters are lovely together, and I can see why you ship them, haha. Eden's cape is my favorite part about him, I think, the lining for his cape is divine and compliments his beautifully glowing hair so well. Valanora steals the show with those roboes of his, though. He's absolutely gorgeous, and I love the way he's draped in jewelry and how he sparkles.
"O' sweet Valanora, tell us thine secrets."
"Now now, dearest, you know I can't do that," Valanora sighed.
Eden thought that the moment passed there in that moment as was about to back off himself before he was roughly pushed on to his back and Valanora gracelessly (and shamelessly he might add) crawled over him, blue eyes tearing right through into his very soul. The God of Secret's grin was predatory almost.
"But," He continued in a low sultry tone, "Perhaps I can tell you, just once..."
have the stamina to keep up with me, hmm?"
"Not mind games love, just a simple question."
"Now now Eden, you know I don't do questions."
Valanora walked away from the throne as if he were going walk away back to his previous place surveying the cosmos. Eden wasn't going to let him get away that easily however and with only two strides was behind the other god. His hands placed themselves upon thin shoulders and he bent so to better whisper into Valanora's ear.
think that you are after something, my love!"
Eden simply quirked an eyebrow at him.
"Oh don't look at me like that!"
"'Tis you I believe who is after something."
"Mmm, perhaps I am."
Valanora, with his previous grace forgotten, leaned against the side of Eden's throne in a most unbecoming fashion.
"Ahh, I believe I see what it is you are after but, before I give you what you seek you must give in return."
"Mind games again?" Valanora huffed, straightening out, "Very well, lets see if you
many more years, began to love each other. Eden had never even considered the concept of love before but, for whatever reason (one he did not feel the need to know) it felt... right.
"Now, if you keep frowning like that, my beloved foolish children will worship you as the God of Grump." Valanora called in a teasing manner from where he surveyed the planet.
"Was I frowning, I apologize."
"My, aren't we polite today!" He replied gliding up the stairs to Eden's throne with grace, "One would
existence. He, perhaps, should not of been so eager to do so for once again he found himself caring for Valanora's weakened form. For billions of years he waited by his side, questioning his greed, his own motives. He cried and begged for the other to awaken so great was his guilt and so profound was his sorrow. And awaken he did. No words were spoken, for none were needed. The millennia passed in moments. Slowly, with the forgiveness out of the way they began to trust each other and then after
madness and rage. It took all of Eden's power plus some favours from the god of darkness to subdue him. Once he did, serenity settled in quickly. Once well enough and sane enough, Eden had asked repayment from Valanora. He had saved his life, gotten involved with Umbra and risked rebellion from the other gods for a shard of curiousity. The god of secrets agreed, already knowing Eden's plan. Thus, he allowed Eden to use his body, and by extension infinite power, to bring his own people into
in balance. To think a tiny being left floating in the Void, it's power slowly dying as it convulsed in the sheer agong of creating life itself, a feat not even the Gods that embodied life had done! Eden had been curious and thus had spirited away the poor thing back into Apocrypha's embrace. It felt like an eternity before the other god awoke from healing slumber but when he did, Eden almost wanted him to return to it. Valanora, who now cranky and with a calm demeanour had awoken screaming
