| Did I once mention Morrigans do not meddle with earthly affairs? Well I take that back...they do function as arbiters of the Nephilians (bearer of divine blood). The Morrigans are led by the Veiled Court (as the law court), the court has three Mandājaqs (chief judge/arbiter), common members of the court are called Nindājaq (lady judge) or Endājaq (lord judge) as honourifics. However, they do not judge the deceased. Morrigans merely represent the death itself not the afterlife. They seal the kiss of death, and ward off the greedy gazes of demons and other harmful beings for the newly deceased. They escort souls back to Gaia, and where do they go next? No one knows. So what's the judge thing about? Well if two races of Nephilians have problems such as border dispute or heirdom, in one word 'inter-racial' problems.
