| Morituri: "No, my boy, it's just right - your dear Ana'is will be charmed when she sees you!" - Adair, nervously: "It's rather that I will be charmed when I see her ..." -- Morituri smiled. Adair was so excited to go there - for it was the first time he would go with Eliz to such a festivity. And he, Morituri, would meet some old friends he didn't see long time since. But ... as he heared only this morning, there would also come an old "friend" of him he rather wouldn't want to meet ... and he also didn't like the thought that this man could meet Adair - although he hadn't any reason for distrust yet.
