Everdys' husband, they met when both of them joined the Order, they worked together in the Order for years. Thelman is actually not a mentor but more of a support in the Order. He is something like a psychologist and someone you can talk to about your problems, what you should do or if something bothers you. He can make sure that you will talk with someone higher ranked member if it's needed. Even if his job is important, mostly for the new members, sometimes there are people that he can't help but facepalm.
