| An OC for MissLepusLuna! He's an aquatic nymph with a rare specialty: he is an enchanter. Check my stories for details, but basically he can imbue magic into certain objects for a length of time. I'm not sure what the significance of the charm on his wrist is, but maybe you'll think of something. A lot of aquatic nymphs wear "flowy" clothing, lightweight and supple so they move in the wind or water. So, his cape isn't so much for warmth as for fashion.
