Very interesting story and character, not to mention so beautiful, and that dress is breathtaking! I just love how the depressing nature of her past so easily lends itself to the nature of the original show, and just how well she fits to the universe, as well as bringing something unique with her. You obviously put a lot of thought into her!
Ahhh that background, and the dress, so get the right atmosphere! A heart-breaking story she has, plus, which demon isn't interested in revenge? *evil smile*
This time, he sent a letter stating that he would not return, and that the mansion and a small amount of his wealth, were Roselle's. The servants left to find employment elsewhere, leaving Roselle alone in the mansion.
Her favorite pastime is wandering in her neglected rose garden, which she is pictured in above.
Over time (6 years or so) she began to fall in love with him; he was the first person who had treated her kindly, and like an equal. When she admitted this to him, he replied that he could only ever think of her as a friend, or a sister. Eventually accepting this, she agreed to live with him, as an adopted sister. Soon after, he left overseas on his annual business trip. These "business trips" turned out to be visits to his attractive fiance.
When she turned 16, the orphanage mistress turned her out into the streets. Unable to bear the cruelty that had been inflicted on her as an outcast, she fled to the country. On her last few miles, she collapsed in the middle of a carriage-road. A young nobleman happened to be traveling along that road and was able to stop his carriage before it hit her. He brought her to his home, and after hearing her story, invited her to live with him as a guest.
Both of her parents were cold and distant. They died when she was 8, leaving her in the care of her uncle (whom she hated.) She was forced into an engagement by her parent's will, which prohibited her from inheriting their fortune and mansion, unless she married a wealthy lord her father owed money to. On the night of the wedding, her fiance was reported missing. Unable to inherit her parent's property, she was deemed useless, (by her uncle) and abandoned at a poor, rundown orphanage.
