I've been asked that question when I made my own doll on the Ethryn Luin. While it is certainly interesting to imagine that they could have been women, I think that to be unlikely - it is safer and less inconspicous for a man to be travelling alone than for a woman, after all. Your doll is still very pretty, though ^^
